Too small for GSD, too big for Miniature Dachshund
Although I have answered yes to the 3 questions, the small bowl is far too big for my miniature Dachshund and the other one is too small for my German Shepherd, she has already bitten a hole through one of the prongs in the middle, it has slowed her down feeding but not the case with the smaller bowl.
