Not as easy to set up as I thought. Bought 2 and had to return one as it would not connect to the web. Awaiting a replacement. The solar panel works great, keeping my functional camera at full charge. Messages are very fast when the camera detects motion. Reolink Argus 2 is a very reliable camera with solar panel.
This camera Reolink Argus 2 is a very nice camera with good lens for clear precise images on your phone. The solar panel makes is a great power source in case your home power is out. The night vision is great when you set is for black and white setting and the images for dark scenes are also great. I placed my camera on a tree stump from a cut limb facing my house with good wifi reception and works great. I might buy another one in the future. The two way talk feature is also good for talking to unwanted guests straight from your phone. I highly recommend any one to buy this security system and is is easy to set up in minutes. Awesome low light capabilty
The build quality is more than i expected. Ilike the battery pack of this compared to the argus pro & also the starlite feature. Re: signal coverage isnt the best. Although the distance between the argus 2 n my router is only around 15-20ft with only one wall in between.

Extremely Happy!!!
I think that I probably read every review of wireless cameras that are on the market out there. I chose the reolink because of ease of setup ease of use and quality. I have to say that I am almost completely satisfied with my purchase. First off let's go with the completely. extremely easy to set up, use, register, view from your phone with notifications. So if somebody walks into your yard you are instantaneously notified. I was extremely impressed with the speed that that happens with seeing that I do not have the best Wi-Fi. Contacted customer support for one question and was treated like a first class passenger very impressive. My only complaint?? I live in South Florida and I have what I consider an extremely nice yard that has a lot ie. very tall Landscaping IE palm trees palm fronds and various other tall fauna. On most days it is not a problem but on very windy days . I got a lot of false signals thinking that somebody is in my backyard. I'm sure that I can't be the only person with this problem. So I would think that adjusting the algorithms for the outside setting would solve this. And from what I've dealt with with this company I'm sure it will be handled soon.. Good camera
Camera works great haven’t had any problem with it. I moved it from inside to outside because I needed constant viewing inside. I new it was only for motion detection when I got it but I thought I might could run it for a small length of time to watch inside my house but it does cut off if you live view very long. Excellent product, more than fulfills my expectations
This is an excellent product, the camera is of good quality, the box is nice, and everything works as it should. It streams to my phone when I am away from the house so I can check on things whenever I am gone. As well, the setup was incredibly easy. Love reolink products. i have compared this versus other offering, i choose reolink based on its features, user experience, and price. i don't need cloud storage. Camera lived up to its billing.
Nice compact unit. High resolution images, both under natural light and infra-red. Have to get used to using smartphone to connect to camera. A little concerned about battery life. Seems to use about 1% per day so far (10 days use). Speaker not very loud but targets could hear me after setting up at a range of 20 feet. Thinking of getting another for other corner of house.
