I purchased this to see if it would soothe my dogs rear after visits to the groomers,it seems like she has some kind of soreness and itching when she comes back,apparently this is razor burn or sensitivity to the razor. I applied this just once,and she didn't turn to bite her rear half as much,after a 2nd application, she didn't rub or scratch at all,the ointment just completely cured her. Fit for purpose
No doubt this ointment is effective for injuries but I found the smell was quite unacceptable. After using I couldnt tolerate the smell on my dog. Good stuff but smells awful!
Good stuff but would be better for a dog that is outdoors. Mine in house all the time. This stuff smells like burnt tyres and so does the house when its applied. Have decided not to use have ordered a tea tree ointment might be easier to stick smell than this.
