Seems to crash files regularly and not be capable of opening older files or some recently saved using this software. Paid full money after years of buying alleged proper ones off ebay to ensure I had the latest most reliable version. No way of communicating issues to Microsoft and since 'openoffice' came in at a fiver, this platform seems far more stable. Very dissappointed after spending a small fortune, that the product is so hit and miss [and this is a new PC, so no clashes with other software - this was first purchase to be installed]. I hope this settles down because I feel fleeced at the moment and running a business, I needed something stable and reliable. In first week I lost a 5 hour report and my company accounts / business mileages. Files have become unopenable and I don't have time to invest. Unfortunately MS Office is what everyone uses, so clients expect this.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
