I had seen to cooks/chefs use these pastry blenders and as I am having difficulty, due to weaker muscles, in making my own pastry or crumble mixes, I decided to buy one. It is excellent. You have to be careful until you get used to it as it is very easy for it to slip and you shoot pastry mix everywhere but it is only a question of getting used to using it.
