Good cheap hose connector with in-line tap

An inexpensive solution to allow simple adjusting the water flow for my garden sprinkler
I wanted a simple way to adjust the water flow when using the garden sprinkler, without having to use the main tap. This works fine in the hose next to the sprinkler. Needed some fettling
Wanted the tap to put an extension hose to outside tap with an awkward access to turn in and off. Plugged it in turned it stop position and it continued to pass water.
