Perfect for bread.
Perfect for baking bread in. Solid, does not warp, does not stick and never needs washing. Expensive but you will never need another as they last for ever. I have used Mermaid bread tins several times a week to bake bread for years. Wipe with oil before use the first few times only, to ensure the bread does not stick.
