First time buyer of an android TV. Looks like the way forward in getting rid of satalite dish receiver as long as there is good broadband connection. Not a fan of pre programmed remote for Netflix, YouTube etc.- perhaps cello could make selected buttons programmable for customer choice otherwise they are redundant if you don't subscribe. Not perfect but still very good
Unfortunately the speakers are poor but I sorted this out with a £12 sound bar off ebay. Sits behind TV and sounds great. My other criticism is that you can't record from the TV guide. This has to be done manually. But despite these failings I still love the fact that apps can be accessed easily through the Android/Google TV system. Also the Freeview/Guide is brilliant for catch-up TV.
