Perfect Fit and Look Great!
My Merc is black so the silver cast strike plates stood out like a sore thumb. It's a small detail but still bugged me and seemed like MB could have done something different. I decided to try these in black and I'm glad I did. The fit was perfect, the tape grips firmly and they REALLY clean up the look. The finish is actually more like black chrome which looks great against the black paint. In case you're wondering, no they do not rub against the door at all, there is plenty of clearance. Money well spent!

Close but no cigar.
