Great Sinus Irrigation System
The NeilMed Hydro Pulse is a really nice sinus irrigation system. It is well-made and easy to use. The tube is a little short, but not bad. Since the tube is coiled, one has to bend over a bit to use the device. However, one must bend over to avoid getting one's shirt wet. Good idea with poor design
Cleans...but massively leaks...after using the unit around 6 times or so, at least half the water/solution emptied out the bottom of the unit. I read reviews about the product before purchasing, they were all over the place, but took a chance. The control lights also turn on regardless of actual setting. Last thing to go was the on/off button. Stays lit but doesn’t do anything. You can only power up/down by putting plug in or taking out of the socket. I have sought refund and reached out to NeilMed. Works Great!!
Wasn't sure about this product after opening, the plastic seemed a little cheap and the tubing a little stiff but after using it i think it works great. I have a Nevage and the smaller Neilmed Sinus Gator they all work good also but this one holds way more water over 16oz and sometimes when I'm really stuffed up 8oz in the other 2 just isn't enough. Pulse control doesn't work

A Royal Straight Flush

This is their one lemon
