This is a refurb. Xfinity setup was smooth with no need to involve tech support. Works as advertised. I pay for 170 MB’s. Direct wired gets 210. Wireless is definitely distance dependent. With 5G next to the Nighthawk there is 100 MB’s. In the basement it is still 45. Am going to upgrade internet to blazing fast speed once renewal time comes but as of now it’s very reliable.
