OMRON BP - 786N 10 Series BP Monitor
The Omron BP - 786N 10 Series upper arm blood pressure monitor is very accurate, easy to setup and use. I owned two previous monitors, different brands and I find that this one is the best so far, for a home use device. The readings are very accurate, infact it's on Parr with the one at the doctors office. You can easily track previous readings also it's multi user, a great feature. It affords you to preserve your personal readings whilst allowing another user to use the device. For the tech minded users you can use the app along with the Bluetooth feature to remotely access your readings. Conclusions: Great device, reasonably priced, good things are not cheap. The cuffs are very comfortable and easy to use, well done. One thing I find that can be improved is the quality of the vacuum connector tube from the cuff to the device, the rubber stay wrinkled, other brands I have used has much better vacuum connecting tube, higher quality rubber. I will recommend this product to anyone with high blood pressure who is looking for a professionally built device, you will not be disappointed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Trust but verify..
This is a nice machine but the online data storage is clunky - can't get rid of a previous user profile (my mother doesn't use it anymore) so I'm stuck being "User 2" forever. Also, if it's important to you, go to your doctor's office and verify the readings. I did that today and the systolic reading on mine is 15 to 20 points too high which caused and continues to cause me concern. Is it only high sometimes? Does it vary? I saw this unit in my Dr's office and decided to get a real good one, not the cheapest but how much is your life worth? Very easy to see with 4 AA batteries or AC plug included. You can use for two different people with a sliding switch to keep track of yourself and then your spouse. The cuff fits very nicely and you push one button and keep a blood pressure reading and your pulse, you can also set it to do a three reading and give you an average. Everything about this Omron 10 series impresses me every day. It is whisper quiet, settings for two users and a guest, great memory, comfortable, accurate (to physician approval), The Comfort Fit cuff makes readings consistent. At any price point, this is worth its weight in diamonds and rainbows. Intellisense, also on this monitor detects irregular heartbeat and is something I see more and more on OMRON products. Nice. Display, comfort, accuracy, features, memory... Very impressive machine. Not fascinated with the bluetooth app, which is something optional. Very easy to use and monitor. Set up is straight forward and versatile, whether using the single reading mode or the average of three which gives a more accurate reading. This unit looks high quality. It is easy to read and use. The cufs are top quality. It has nice feature such as 3 consecative measurements, memory for two people and a guest mode. However, for someone from EU wanting to take advantage of the blue tooth feature, this is not the correct model as the unit is zoned for US only. Strange but true. Omron series 10 - excellent and well recommended
I looked at a great many monitors and their associated reviews on other sites and this one came very highly recommended. The readings are particularly precise for a non-medical/hospital device. The cuff is particularly good, I'm not saying I have great guns but I found the 'normal' cuff on an earlier (loaned) Omron model too tight and had to buy a larger one to suit. I find this one comfortable and reckon it would suit most people. The whole product feels sturdy, well made and the display is so easy to read. The whole process of a reading is quick and make sure you read the supplied instruction booklet as data is fed back as it reads. The series 10 can run on batteries or a supplied power adaptor.
