Almost perfect
This works great in about an hour. However, it's too strong. I use only about half & it still lasts more than 24 hours. It wakes you up when you want to sleep. The good news is that it also seems to lower blood pressure rather than raise it. If it didn't stay in your system so long I would easily give it 5 stars because it's one of the very best I've tried.
