Panasonic AC Adaptor
Bought to replace an adaptor that had given up the ghost, actually initially thought I was going to have to replace my entire landline quad phone system (at some cost) but managed to track the fault to the faulty adaptor. Replacement now in place and all up and running perfectly again at a fraction of the expected cost.
