Well worth the money
I've probably bought +20 of these over the past few years from various sources for staff using Skype/Linc/Slack - because unlike devices using 3.5mm jacks, these are reasonably comfortable, generally reliable, reasonably robust and noticably idiot proof. USB generally works straight away even when the user pulls/pushes the plug out/in and expects seamless service, - not always the case with some premium brands and definitely not always the case with the 3.5mm audio jack (sadly) Not the prettiest or quietest in the market but it performs well and is a good workhorse for the money and they last for yearsVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Great pair of earphones for the price, perfect for Skype, Webex, Zoom etc
There isn't really much out there for the price that provides the sound quality and USB connectivty, being a microsoft product it worked seemlessly with my windows machine. As with a lot of cheap headphone sets the rubberised ear peices can start to flake if they have a scratch - I just peeled off mine to reveal the cloth behind which is fine for me, although they don't look that good - replacement pieces are available I beleive. Webex and Skype etc work really well which was my main reasoning for buying them, I've also used them with games and plan to use them for making phone calls as soon as I get the software sorted. I don't have any comfort issues, these are quite lightweight and I have worn them for a couple of hours at a time without discomfort.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good ,,, but brittle!
This is my 3rd in about 2 years and although the sound is good it does break down after a while. The first reason is the cable itself onto which a cylinder is attached ( ferrite bead or choke) - After a daily use (I myself work on Skype) it starts to crackle until the sound goes. On my second set of headphones one phone cracked and actually fell off. So for everyday use it will probably last for a year.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Quality sound

I gave this product 4/5. Based on its quality alone it is not great. Maybe a 2.5/5. But considering the price I consider it excellent quality for the money. Ultimately excellent value for money with the price being 5/5. There are obviously better options out there but there are none at this money. They fit well and are generally comfortable but do start to hurt (too strong a word but no appropriate alternative - you get the idea) after prolonged use. Excellent USB headphones/microphone.
These headphones are great for a laptop running Zoom/Skype meetings or just watching a film, but NOT for iPad as fitted with a USB plug.
