These Magnesium tablets are a first rate product which really have helped with my night leg cramps. They are 500 mg which are higher than most shop bought products. My husband has also started taking them now to help him sleep better. They are an excellent price and are delivered in pouches which makes for easier storage. The dispatch time was great. Great product for cramp sufferers!
Since using Lindens Magnesium Tablets, I no longer have night cramps in the legs. I have suffered on and off since Crampex tablets were discontinued some years ago. I now take Lindens Magnesium tablets daily and have been doing so for a number of months now, so I believe this prevention is the best way forward and would recommend them. The only downside is they are not small, (1 cm wide and half that deep), so you need a big gulp of water to get them down - but I consider this a small penalty to pay for the relief gained.
