This a great product .I love silica .
I have had a knee injury thanks to a accident at work and this product really helped this and my wife uses it with a bone hair and nails issue.Our health improved noticeably after using this product .My leg is now much better ,it was definitely down to using silica .You can see a difference in your hair and skin after a few weeks.
