It's the best!!!
After struggling for months of removing layers of wallpaper using everything anybody recommended and almost giving up I finally broke down and started searching for a good, easy to use steamer. I found it. And the best part...the price was well under what some of the others were that didn't have as much to offer. This is so easy that I had to quit after 20 minutes because I could not keep up with the paper coming off. So I unplug it finished pulling the loose paper off. It heated up very quickly, in fact quicker than I thought. I was still scoring the walls but if you're thinking of buying one I highly recommend this one. We used 2 others before this and the hose was short, the plug kept coming out of the wall and it just made a mess.
