These masks are absolutely brilliant, they are quick & easy to use, both my husband & I have our own & use them on a regular basis. So far we have used them HOT only, we find them soothing & more times than not fall asleep & woken up by our alarm! For us it was a necessity as we were instructed to hot compress our eyes by the optician, but after the first session we enjoyed it so much that we use the Eye Mask as a relaxing break. Works well for dry eyes.
My wife uses one daily for dry eyes and it does help. We replace it around after a year in use as we have found that the seal will develop a small split and beads will fall out.
