Bought this based on the other positive reviews- they were right! Super sharp tool, high quality long handle, excellent price...slashed through brambles, some really tough, thick, reed-type stuff that`s been a nighmare to get rid of and baby sycamore trees that sprout everywhere in my garden. I`m not strong, getting on in years and this fantastic tool has helped me to take back control of the garden. I`ve seen bill hooks with a hand held handle-I would have had a lot of back ache if I`d bought one of them! The long handle gave me more slashing power and felt much safer to use. Quality tool for bramble removing

Vital tool battling overgrown woodland.
This tool is brilliant at slaying nettles, docks overgrown weeds etc in woodland. I can't use petrol strimmer cutter as barb wire as have 1 acre of woodland to get through that has not been touched in 30 years. Also trees close together. Too heavy for me
The slasher hook is an excellent piece of equipment and I have no doubt that someone who perfectly fit could use it .
