Of It's Time, but Worth It.
This Lyle Mays definitely sounds like an early-mid '80's cd, however, this only applies to about 35% of the disc. The rest is pure Lyle Mays, and features plenty of fantastic musicians(Bill Frisell among others), and forward thinking compositions. I wouldn't spend $35 or more, but if you can get a copy for $20 or under, It's a steal.
