Fantastic great value
I use this machine when watching TV. Bought from Clifford James on ebay, they were excellent, and very helpful. The machine has great instructions, all individually guided and wrapped. Easy way to keep fit during lock-down
Don't be daunted by the parts in the box- they are all clearly labelled and you can be up and rowing in about 15 minutes. Sturdily built and easy to use and stow away, the only issue stopping it getting 5 stars is the lug stopping the seat sliding forward: if you have short stumpy legs, like me, you will hit the lugs with a jolt if overdo it on the down-stroke.

great value for money
At that price, It is much better than expected. It's lightweight, portable, smallish but it does the job of making you row at home. The hydraulic pump when it gets heated loses a bit of its resistance but you can always increase it a bit while rowing and bring it back to its effectiveness. I've found out that half-hour sessions are quite effective as a work out, longer than that the slightly padded seat can become pretty uncomfortable. Very pleased with this rowing machine. Easy to setup in simple numbered stages, impossible to get nuts and bolts mixed as often happens with diy kits. The machine is well made, well worth the coin, only thing cheap is the price. Had first workout within an hour of delivery.
