When the review says is it quiet, then yes Dell are relatively for a Server. I bought two and have installed an H700 Raid controller in one and when funds allow next year will be slowly finding parts to build the configurations I need. One unit will be configured as a storage server the other as a regular server. I love Dell servers for a couple of reasons :- 1, Firmware is free and easily available not locked behind service plans and a paywall. 2, When they have thermally calibrated they run much quieter than other brands of servers I have. The only negative I can find with Dell is the power limit for the PCIe sockets is limited to 25 Watts. so if you want to install a reasonable GPU you can't without being a mess and using another PSU.
