Pretty good for 2 to 3 experienced woodworkers. Some corrections needed.
Overall the plan is well-written and designed. The descriptions are thorough and adaptable for someone with some carpentry experience, although I would NOT recommend such a project for a "newbie" unless you had the help of an experienced relative or friend. Speaking of which, many of the steps really require 2 able-bodies persons to manage. The lumber and plywood used are pretty big; heavy and clumsy for a single person. In fact, 3 people would be better, even if the 3rd person just handed lumber and supplies to you; especially when assembling the roof structures. I noticed some pretty egregious typos in the instructions; ya'll need to hire an editor or proof reader. I can work around the typos, but a less experienced person might be so confused or frustrated that they would not complete the project. Overall pretty good set of plans.
