This is the worst slimming tea ever
I bough it after reading the very good reviews. Seriously do not look at these reviews doesnt reflect reality. 4 girls and I tried it and we all have the same reaction. Bloated, sweating, cramps in the stomach, feel like having food stuck in the chest. And long minutes in the toilet.. we all have different bodies, so not even one us has had normal reaction. I love this tea. I have been trying to lose a few more pounds that I just couldn't shift but since drinking this tea I am back to the weight I wanted to be. Yes it doesn't taste great but I add a squirt of lemon in it and its then fine. It fills me up and then 6 hours or so later you need to be near the toilet ! Firstly this product us not green tea nor does it contain any. The main ingredient is actually senna a natural laxative. The instructions said drink 2 cups a day so I had one in the evening and one in the morning and by lunchtime I was crippled over in pain and unable to leave the house for 3 days because I needed to be near the toilet. I have been using this tea for awhile now and it clear your system, I found that bit is better to take the tea during the day before 5pm otherwise you may find that you will be doing regular visits between 7am and 11am whereas when you take it before 5pm 6pm at the latest it will start working in the middle of the night which suits me. This tea is great. No gripping of the tummy as much... Just as you need to go. Works after 8 hours so time it well. Only thing is it takes about 2/3 days for your bowels to move on their own.. Just eat lots of fibre. I usually have my fruits before my meal as the two don't settle well together the other way round.
