This 5.8cm (2.3in.). The speaker has a very linear and wide frequency response and low resonant frequency making it suitable for a wide range of applications, including Hi-Fi. Connection 5.2 x 0.5 mm (+) 2.8 x 0.5 mm (−).

Excellent replacement
The centre speaker was rattling because one of the three speakers in it was faulty. I looked at numerous speakers on ebay I was limited by the size I needed and power rating. The one that was fitted was similar size to the one purchased but rated at 60 watts. As this one was the nearest to the physical size I decided to purchase it. I managed to get ti to fit by modifying the fitting holes. It fitted well although I had to use different screws and washers. the connectors on the speaker unit fitted the new one without modification. In conclusion although I had to make the replacement fit, which I thought I would have to do it has performed perfectly. the power rating of the replacement is around 35 watts less than that fitted but it is sounds fine and no rattling.
