Well tested, over 20 years.
Have been using this for years. Initially to repair shattered knee cartilage. After an operation pinned the knee back together the cartilage remained destroyed and the green lipped mussel repaired and replaced the missing material. It took 3 months of 2 doses per day to be completely repaired. That was 20 years ago and I continue to take it in small doses a few times per month. Other effects: My brothers were taller than me but have shrunk over the years while I remain the same height and am now as tall as the tallest one. In my opinion, Green Lipped Mussel is better than alternatives such as Glucosamine.
