Great product. Terrible assembly instructions
The product is great but I must warn anyone not buying it fully assembled that putting it together is an absolute mission due to the almost completely unfathomable instructions that come with it. They are woefully inadequate and there are no online instructions available. You are on your own. All the parts come in different bags and the drawings are worse than useless. It took me two evening of simply figuring it out for myself from video clips of the product. It is also pretty bulky so you need space to get it together. A really poor show and I almost gave up at the end of the first meeting with the intent to send it back. Having used the product itself now though, I can say it's very good. Great towbar
