1U pdu rack mount power supply
Great addition to any one who wants an all in one power supply that will fit inside a 2u case and larger. I unscrewed the end plates and turned them 180 degrees to allow the pdu to be flush within a 2u abs flight case. I installed 4 IEM receivers and was able to plug all four into the pdu leaving just one lead to be connected from the pdu to a mains power supply. Mounting the kit like this has it up and running in seconds which is essential given the time it takes and that allowed to set up a gigging band. I have used these pdu on all our abs flight cases cutting down massively on the number of power supply outlets we need. I would recommend never plugging in kit without a surge protector or a pdu with built in surge protector. The extra cost is minimal to protect your kit from the ups and downs of other peoples power supplies especially generators.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Meant to fit a 19in rack but it is slightly too wide for mine - other panels fit perfectly but this overlaps the sides of the ABS rack case I wanted it for. Had to put spacers under it. i could have got a very similar product from studio spare for about £3 more and I'm sure this would have fit
