Absolutely not as described!
The description that the original box may or may not be included because you opened it to set it up and test it to see if it works is absolutely and utterly false. This thing has rust on it, scratches and dents EVERYWHERE! Very upset with this thing.. even charged it and get this, the thing doesn’t even work! What an absolute let down! If I could give it zero stars, I would.
