Exceeded My Expectations.
This set is made very solid, the handles are very comfortable and are attached with ss pins which should hold them in place nicely without slipage. The rods feel and appear to have nice wall thickness so should'nt have to worry about them bending even under heavy loads. The actual tool ends are attached via heavy ss rivets, not a tack weld like some of the cheaply made sets, I believe these rivets will insure that the tool will remain attached time after time and will not rust out. The tool ends are made of quaility stainless steel that has been lazer cut to percision. The turner and peel tools came with a protective film on them and once removed unveiled a mirror finish, very nice. The peel includes rod bracing on the bottom to prevent warping and/or bending, excellent. The fire tender tool is made out of what appears to be heavy 3/16" ss and I am certain it will not bend when moving the hot coals and wood aroung the oven floor. The brush tool uses brass bristles so should not damage the fire brick oven floor and the brush itself can be replaced via a wingnut very easily. All-in-all this set exceeded my expections in both quaility and feel, I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking out a quaility set of wood fired oven tools.
