Perfect size for planters...
As far as a bucket goes these are great. I bought them to use as planters due to their large volume, but be aware - they do have large stickers on them , slap bang on the side and they're a killer to remove!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Used four of these for contemporary plant pots. Good value.only gripe were the large stickers placed on the front of buckets.heat and solvent and elbow grease required to remove. Should be on the bottom of bucket. I would say if you want a bucket get a plastic one . Lightweight steel
The price including delivery was good, it’s quite a thin gauge steel and the lugs fitted to the top of the bucket to connect the handle are thin single layer light steel. Ok for the money, were a bit battered but didn't matter as l only wanted them as planters. Would be better if the labels were stuck inside as they were a complete nightmare to remove and after much soaking, scrubbing and scraping then cleaning with white spirit l eventually removed them but they still left a mark. Tin bucket; where can you go wrong?
I'm amazed these guys can sell this for the money. It's beautifully made and obviously tough and after shattering the bottom of my plastic bucket simply trying to knock some dried plaster out of the bottom, I decided old-fashioned is always better. Besides, metal is always more versatile; I ended up making a simple blast furnace out of mine...so I might need another. Could you even buy a similarly sized plastic bucket for this money? Veeeeeeeeeery pleased. Now, where do they sell dungerees?
