Too early to tell
Led to believe it could take up to 6 months before any effect is apparent from taking this product. However my IBS has recently flared and I wonder if it could be due to taking this supplement so have not taken any for almost a week and tummy seems to be settling. Having said that the product seems to be a good quality and reasonably priced against other brands. Will have to wait and see if it is something I would recommend.

Excellent value
I saw the TV program where the beneficial effects of taking Inulin were explained. I understand some people had noticed increased flatulence for a few days but luckily the condition hasn't affected me all that much. I am sure that it has helped me lose weight. I am on a diet and have been taking exercise in the form of increased walking.

Well packaged product and prompt deiivery
I can't vouch for the effectiveness of this as a fat reducing food additive (as seen on Angela Ripon's programme) as I'm just trialling it for now, but it is well presented and packaged. It's a very fine powder so needs care in dispensing as it can get everywhere and be a bit sticky if it gets wet.
