Cooking for David
For those of us with renal issues, this is a very useful and informative cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow and, so far, delicious (only gone through a dozen or so, so far). There's enough nutritional info, generally speaking to help those of us with diabetic issues, also. I can and do recommend this cookbook for those with renal issues.
