This works really well. I've used it when introducing new cat into my home with a cat that already lived here. I also used it when my older cat was at the vets for a full day undergoing major surgery. On his return my younger cat, was terrified of him, it seemed that she didn't recognize him, either visually or scent wise. Huge Disappointment
After hearing and reading so many great things about the magical effect this product has on calming cats down, helping them settle into new homes, adjust to changes and generally reduce undesirable behaviour, I purchased this kit hoping to achieve any or all of the above with my new cat who has been hiding and shunning human contact ever since he arrived six weeks ago. After nearly 2 weeks with the Feliway diffuser plugged in and now half empty, there has been absolutely no discernible change or improvement in his temperament or behaviour, and I honestly cannot find any basis on which to recommend this product.🙁Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Save your money
I bought this item as a last resort! My cat of 8 years had been spraying and urinating in my son's room for sometime. I had tried every product available and had high hopes for this one as it specifically stated it stopped spraying and urination. Well well well... In desperate needs, of course you would try anything. Even more if your vet recommended it. If you found it too expensive, then you would wait for the turn of the cat behavior to recommend it to you. In any case, they say it take 4 weeks to start working... 🤷🏼♀️ So can I really write this review after 3 weeks and half? I would say... Just buy it. You"re desperate, so give it a go.

Calm cats
Has not made a huge difference but not easy to be sure. We have acquired two rescue cats, one of which is very nervous. Keeping my sanity!
Having just taken a new cat into my home, I needed a product to help with keeping the peace between the new cat and my other cat. I'd heard of pheromone help for cats and decided to try this product and I must say it has really helped! Although they are not best friends yet, they are starting to accept each other. Hopefully it won't be too long before I come home and find them side-by-side on the settee! I would certainly recommend this product. It does what it says on the tin! I was dubious about this because of the price
It's not cheap if it doesn't work. And it probably won't work for all cats. But it's been plugged in about 8 hours now and my cat is so much more relaxed! She's a very nervous cat. Doesn't like other people, or noises and she follows me everywhere I go at home. Since this has been plugged in She's not as concerned about getting up for no reason just to follow me, and not grooming as often. Hopefully she will continue to improve over the next few days.
