MG TF rear window zip slider
The tag broke off my old zip slider. It took me a while to get round to fitting this new slider, in the absence of any instructions I used a generic U tube video for guidance but removing the end stops at the open end of the (closed) zip didn't work. However by doing what my wife told me to do (really) and fitting it at the other end worked a treat. I didn't realise how stiff the old zip slider was but the new part restores the zip and the reason for the 5 stars is that it operates so much more freely.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Surprising solution to a zippy problem
I tried this after reading solutions on various forums to the problem of a soft top hood window zip "splitting" rather than "closing" when the zipper was used, I must admit I was sceptical but it was a much cheaper alternative than replacing the whole zip so I thought for the price I would give it a go. Much to my surprise it worked perfectly, I always thought that if a zip failed to join when used that it was the zip teeth that were at fault, clearly in this case they were not.
