Good range for the money but noisy
If you're recording outdoors needing distance and with background noise then you wont be bothered by the background hiss, but if recording indoors in silent room i'd say you'd be better off with a hardwired lavalier mic . Definately more affordable than the market leader for the amateur but not really for pro use.
