Brillinat Memory Aid!
I bought this for my Mother, who has recently suffered a stroke and is unable to remember many things. This is so handy in the kitchen! It's larger than A4 size and is wonderfully magnetic, so sticks firmly to the top half of the fridge freezer at eye level. My mother refers to it on a daily basis, it helps to jog her memory about what she is having for a main meal that day. There is also a space to note shopping items you are running out of, and another space to note down any appointments or other things you need to keep in mind. The pen is also magnetic, so that can't get lost either, and has a handy 'rubber' on the end for if you make a mistake.
