Serviceable folding stool
I've had this chair for about a month. I replaces a three legged type that was lighter and more compact but less comfortable, that stool's material eventually failed at one of its corners. I find this stool to be a good height and width, comfortable, stable and able to support my large frame well. It is welll made and I anticipate it lasting for years. However it is too heavy and bulky to take walking or cycling and mine will be used in the garden and maybe camping. To earn the fifth star the chair would need to be lighter and have an even better build quality - this is stool is just good and serviceable product which I'm pleased to have.

Worth every penny.
Very sturdy, and well made, but light. Looks like it will last a long time, and just the right size for roaming type fishing, where my carp chair would be a hindrance. Thoroughly recommended.

A very old friend.
I can’t remember being without this simple folding seat until recently. My wife died a couple of years ago and. Visiting her grave recently I wanted to linger longer,but didn’t fancy sitting on the ground. When I got back home I searched for the little metal folding seat. I was so annoyed at not finding what has always been available I immediately looked for another. The Highlander is exactly a copy of what I had lost. I now keep it with me in the car and use it during and after long walks. It is always close and ready for use. At my age it has had, and will have a lot of use. It has quickly become one of the most useful tools in my small collection.

Fit for purpose
Well made solid stool, it will last, but quite heavy at just over a kilo. A proper size to sit on . Exactly the same size as an LK35 rucksack frame so it fits on perfectly around the back of the sack.
