Cast Iron is Better Than Ceramic for Me
I read reports of ceramic plates breaking, so I ordered this one, and it is great. I don't know if we can call names, so I will say I use this on a big green product, and love it. It easily accommodates a large water pan, and can be flipped over to sear, or smoke. To me the original advantage was in knowing I would never have to replace it due to breakage. In my large size green product it is a perfect fit for the fire box. You'll like it.
