Perfect compact mixer for stage or studio
I have two of these mixers. I bought a second one after having my first one for about a year. My wife is a singer and I am a DJ so we have a lot of high end equipment and speakers. Sound quality is very important to us, which is why we run Yamaha speakers and not Mackies. It is also why we both run Soundcraft Mixers. Many people may be more familiar with other brands, and that is because Soundcraft only make equipment for professional use, That said, they are part of the Harman Group, which includes AKG, JBL, HK Audio, Harman Karndon. In my opinion, and the opinion of many record producers. Soundcraft mixing desks are the best. Many of the albums you have listened to will have been mixed down on one. This mixer packs all of the high end features of the larger consoles. DBX sound processing which is undoubtedly the best you can get. Lexicon effects which are superb, Ghost mic pre-amps which are exceptional. I cannot recommend this mixer enough.
