Safety, practical, compact, good value.
Simple and cheap, does what it was made for, its compact to. Though the dip station is no good I was able to weld two 1"tubes at 90°to the existing handles and drill some holes for ajustment its now perfect this though would make the packaging a few inches deeper which is why I assume the manufacturer didn't do this great if you can weld ! If you don't want a squat rack in your house this has to be the next best thing for safety .Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Appears poor quality
I have yet to try this with a barbell but I have tried dips. My first impressions were not good. The welds are questionable the paint was flaking on delivery and when dipping the bars flex apart laterally. It does not instill confidence that when I load up a bar it is going to hold. Time will tell to some exten.

Easy assembleing
It came before the estimated delivery time, it was in a good packaging, with no damage at all. I got what I expected. Easy to assemble, sturdy overall, every adjustable part works perfectly. The only thing is, that the dip bars aren't really usable, at least for me. They are just too far away from each other, and it hurts if I'm trying to do dips. Maybe it's okay for some people, but that's not me. (I'm 5'9" if that helps) This doesn't really bother me, so I don't take a star off the rating or anything. One other thing is the paint. I just tried it out, put the bar on it a few times, and the paint already came off. This isn't a big deal for me either, but this is trying to be a good review, so I mentioned it :') Overall, for this low price (considering this would've cost min. 2x as much in my country), it's just awesome! Great quality for the price
Very sturdy product. Easy to assemble and use. Just pull knobs and change height to separately adjust for bench and squat. Stop wobble by tightening knobs on a screw thread by hand. Dip handles require narrow width adjustment so can't use same set up as bench for every exercise possible with this equipment. Would be nice to use dip but not essential for me Used for a few weeks so far. No quality issues found yet.
