    Fine for the money

    Given the other reviews here, I think it's fair to say there's a bit of a QC issue with the manufacturer. However, the only issue I saw was the tools arriving still coated in some lubricant used during the manufacturing process, so the handles needed a good wash (taking care not to clean out the grease in the pivot). The tools themselves seem to do the job they're supposed to, though I wouldn't expect them to be able to cut through very thick wire or cables, as I suspect the metal isn't particularly well hardened.

    Cheap price, cheap finish.

    Items arrived on time and more or less as described. However They look to be very cheaply made and in some respects unfinished. The metal work was still grimy and part of the plastic model had 'edgings' which needed to be trimmed away. Altogether they seemed to be a rushed unfinished job. I threw them away. Of course they were very cheap and I guess you have to pay a little more.

    Products not fit for purpose. This would have appeared obvious if supplier had inspected each item properly.

    Inspect products properly before delivery. The overall appearance appeared to be okay but the alignment of the cutting edges didn't meet properly. This was the case for all three items, which makes the wire cutters pretty much useless. The general pliers and the narrow-nosed pliers were even worse as the cutting mechanism and the mouths didn't line up.

    Not good.

    I bought these thinking they'd be excellent value, but instead they turned out to be cheap and tacky. Within 1 week of having them the pliers snapped. So if you can work with just one side of the plier these are for you.

    Cheap low quality

    Really cheap and low quality.the cutter pliers doesn't cut ay all and all ate a bit stiff. You really get what you pay for (£4 for a set when only one good pliers is over £20). Don't waste your money...put it towards a good one.
