Did not work for me
This did absolutely nothing for me in 3 months. First two bottles took 2 a day 1000mg. Was hoping to lower blood pressure a little. Decided to take 3 a day on 3rd bottle still no help with blood pressure. Took capsules apart and tasted expecting to taste bitter but only tasted like flour.
