    Worth it!

Picked up the 3D screen after recently purchasing a new Pax 3. I’d say it’s worth it for sure. Is subtly better than thin Pax screen, allows more consistent airflow and even heating of herbs. Not a big deal that it comes out of device as I mainly use it at home. Keeps Pax oven cleaner too I think...will try pusher at some point...

  • Most critical review

Actually worse than the stock Pax 2 screen.

After 1 use, the screen no longer falls out with ease. Also, the side edges are not grooved like the stock Pax2 screen, so airflow is actually reduced instead of increased like advertised. After only a couple of uses, this screen was clogged up and practically unhittable. I went right back to my old screen. The material is heavy duty and this would probably be a good product if they would just cut some slight notches in the sides (like the original screen), so it would actually get decent airflow. Seems like this product is just a sneaky way to sell half-manufactured "Pax Pushers".

  • PAX2 should have done this to begin with

the cheap bendable original PAX2 screens cost $10 for 3 and can't be cleaned without bending them...this is the last screen I plan on buying. Sturdy and it doesn't jam into the oven like the originals...easier to slide out to clean and easier to clean overall. It may breathe a bit better too but that's probably more dependent on how you draw but it did feel a bit easier to pull vapor out after first switching. Had questions regarding material and heat conductivity so I emailed company....never heard back.

  • Works well

Perfect for smaller amounts. Also I'm guessing the added metal mass hold heat better. Only downsides are getting it out. I use tweezers.

  • Awesome Screen

This screen combined with a vented oven cover with upper screen. This setup works really great. Before using the screens after the 1st session the vapor went lower. With the screen setup the draws are consistently cloudy for 5 sessions. Each session is about 4 to 5 nice draws.

  • Good quality, kinda expensive but US mfrg and arrived quickly.

High quality and sits better than OEM. Also a lot thicker so heats better/more evenly. Kinda seems expensive for what it is, but it’s US made w/ stainless steel, so I can get behind that. I received my item quickly and in good order, so I recommend this business.

  • Must have Pax 2/3 accessory!

Works a million times better than the stock screen. Keep it clean every use, now & then scour the crud off, & I promise it will treat you well!

  • Essential

So much better than the stainless steel screens that are standard on the PAX, which can get stuck. This part should come standard. I had one for my PAX 1. When I bought a PAX 3, the first thing I did was order one of these screens. I also got one as a gift for a friend. Great product. Fast shipping.

  • E-Crapple "Miracle"

I don't want to say this thing is worthless because it does produce some vapor. Too bad it tastes like total plastic hell. Apparently the wire leads under the ceramic cup have a rubber/plastic wrap to isolate them from touching and shorting out. The wrap obviously does not hold up to the heat and the plastic is melting or at least fuming...even at low(like 12) watts. To me, that pretty much makes it useless and I'll probably just chuck it in the trash. Total waste of money...
