been using talika eyelash lipocils for 8 weeks now,and applied like 10 to 20 times a day believe it or not,i can tell my eyelashes are longer now and there are still coming to grow,lashes are sprouting everywhere,im very happy with this product,now im applying now to my eyebrows for a week now so i cant tell it yet.
