Functional after work - but messy - a very good printer
Was replacement for a similar model which wasn't feeding the paper. The printer makes excellent photo prints, even at its advanced age. I had lots of ink so decided to buy a sister machine. The listing said it would come w/o ink. It arrived with one leaking cartridge out onto the body of the printer and wrapping, and all of the 3 other cartridges had some leakage onto the printer's ink carriage. The ink carriage was cleanable w water and time, but really? Seller did not take the time to remove the cartridges for shipping and/or shipped a mess - though it was carefully bubble wrapped. This one replaced same model which had non-functioning feeder, so swapping ink carriage worked out.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

HP Photosmart 7525 is one of the best for printing in color
The Photosmart 7525 is an excellent printer for printing and copying in color and its color photograph reproduction off of digital images can't be beat for an inexpensive printer. The photo black ink has a lot to do with the quality of color photographic images. For nominal sized prints, up to 9x11 inches, it would be difficult to fine a better printer. The down-side of the product is the very expensive inks and the fairly difficult set-up routine to get the printer working as it should. Once working its a highly recommended machine; its easy and intuitive to use and produces great copies and scans. Finding the exactly correct driver on HP's website is fairly challenging, because not any printer driver will work and used machines often don't come with a driver disk, or in my experience, the correct one needed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

All in one printer, fax, scan, copier - photo quality
Older model but well made and very high quality. Easy to maintain machine with separate color ink cartridges so you fully use each color. I use this one to print wireless and to send scans direct to my computer. Separate photo tray for 4x6 or 5x7 photo paper. Document feeder works perfectly and saves time. Only occasionally use the FAX but it works perfectly. Very satisfied. As with buying anything used, you may have to clean or replace the print head and install new inks. Excellent with great features
The HP Photosmart 7525 All-In-One Printer is an excellent product. It has a large panel display that makes the icons easy to read. It alerts you when the printer is low on ink and the ink cartridges need to be replaced. The display also alerts you when the printer is low on paper and needs more paper to be added to the paper tray. The print quality is excellent and the noise factor when printing is minimal. Love the HP 7525
I had the HP 7520 and after almost 20,000 copies before the document feeder stopped working. I then bought the HP 7525 printer which is just about identical. Same manual, same ink cartridges, etc. I especially like the photo tray for my 4 by 6 photo paper. The picture printing quality is excellent so I am very pleased.
