Best Scanner I've Owned So far
I've been using it for about three weeks now and can't really fault it. I plugged it all in and it just went! It automatically creates it's own destination folder, which opens to preview the first scan, so you can subsequently locate it. Scans are superb and while 'default' seem to be a high resolution. Only real problem with it so far is a tendency to crop corners off odd-shaped images, but putting a white sheet on top and square to the bed solves that and you can then crop-out the border. This happen because it has a black pad, rather thn the white pads of other scanners, but this is actually preferable because it stops print bleeding-through from behind with older cuttings or thinner pages. Also, most A3 scanners start at over a $/£1000, so for the money this is in a class of it's own, really! I'm sure you can change and adjust stuff, but I haven't read the instructions yet and am happy - so far - with the default set-up . . . there's little depth of field for 3D objects, but otherwise . . . highly recommend.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good value and support
I am just learning how to use my new A3/scanner which I bought in order to make digital copies of a large number of photo albums for which I no longer have room. I am not finding it easy but there is very good on-line support and the results are very good.
