Highly recommended to stop PMT and period pains!
Great product that is a lifesaver for balancing hormones and ending the suffering of PMT and most period pains! You do need to take it consistently every day for full effect. I take the full 30 drops in the morning so that I know I've taken them but you can do 15 in the morning and 15 in the afternoon but I dont' always remember this.......... Very good quality product that I can't recommend highly enough!
