Excellent bit of kit for price...
I needed the ability to cut a circle of vinyl for a bit of car modding. Tried several times to use scissors, but wasn't happy with the result. With this product, I achieved the perfect result 1st time with this easy to use device. Great that the scale shows directly the diameter of your chosen measurement as well as the diameter. Disappointed

A Useful Tool!
This is a very useful tool. It does the job it is desgned to almost perfectly. Setting a precise radius is a litttle difficult, but with trial and error, it can be done. I've just mounted a set of large coin-like medals and it performed well. It's a little 'bendy', but if you let the blade do the work instead of forcing it, everythnig is fine. So, to sum up: Don't expect milimetre accuracy of the radius and let the blade cut, rather than forcing it and you'll get good results.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Surprisingly good!
I have one of these I picked up at a boot sale years ago & have used many times for making flat rubber sealing washers. The blades are double ended & last a long time & can be sharpened (at a push!). I needed new blades & it was cheep enough (£4.19 eBay) to buy a whole new thing with 6 new blades. Last used to make 4 Viton washers 45mm o/d x 35mm i/d. for petrol cans - not available except as a special order. Very easily cut from 2mm sheet of Viton They look lightweight & frail but work well on plastic, card & thin gasketing Klingerite - Goretex etc if used with patience. Good little tool
The circle cutter does exactly what it says. The gauges on the ruler are very useful as they give you both half distance and overall radius of the circle being cut. While it's not the most heavy duty tool cutter out there I use it for cutting plastics and Foamex boards and so far have had no trouble with it. As a hobby making tool it's a nice thing to have in your tool box and makes life that little it easier. A very handy little tool 👍
These cutters are the only way to go for crafter's looking for the perfect circle which is usually a difficult task by freehand. The design is very good and it's easy to use as well as quick when cutting photo paper although I would imagine that it would be a different story if you were cutting plastic or leather but it was only a few quid so it's still an excellent choice. The only thing I would change is the material it's made from because I think that it would be a great improvement if it was made with metal rather than plastic because it would be more rigid. I've still given it 5 stars because it is well designed and as strong as it can be given that it's made from plastic and takes a lot of frustration out of cutting circles.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Amazing quality for such a sharp price
Used it already and it does a great job. I cut paint masks for roundels on an aircraft model and they were spot on, no feathered edges just a crisp accurate cut every time.
